A new version of ENTER is here, with the now patented Inverse Rock Physics Modelling (IRPM) technology. ENTER v2.7 includes v1.0 of the Real-time Interactive Subsurface Characterization (RISC) module which uses the much faster Fast Inverse Rock physics Modelling (FIRM) implementation of IRPM.
Summary of notable items in this update:
- Added functionality in RISC module to specify three facies.
- Added functionality in RISC module to specify a priori probabilities and run Bayesianbased FIRM.
- Added functionality to run IRPM AVO on near and far angle stack data.
- Added functionality to create pseudo-wells from seismic volumes.
- Added functionality to run IRPM LOG on intercept and gradient or near and far angle stack in addition to elastic data.
- Added indexing to estimated intercept and gradient volumes.
- Added functionality to import IRPM LOG, IRPM SID, IRPM AVO, AVO RPT and SID RPT solutions from other projects.
- Added functionality to rename IRPM LOG, IRPM SID, IRPM AVO, AVO RPT and SID RPT solutions.
- Added functionality to specify scaling factors for input IRPM SID data which can be used for unit conversion.
